1.No Refunds
All registration fees are non-refundable. When you register, we begin purchasing insurance, reserving field space, ordering uniforms, equipment, and other administrative items. These costs are incurred before the season begins and cannot be recovered, even if you later decide not to participate.
- Examples of non-refundable situations include, but are not limited to:
- Full or partial season cancellations
- Venue unavailability due to weather, fire, floods, power outages, or other disasters
- Severe or adverse weather
- Outbreaks of communicable disease
- Acts of terrorism or related events
- Dissatisfaction with team assignment
- Scheduling conflicts
- Participant chooses not to play
2. Exceptions
- Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances, and require documentation:
- A. Medical Inability to Participate
If a child is medically unable to participate, a signed note from a licensed physician stating the participant cannot play is required.
- If submitted before the start of the season or practices, a refund may be issued less a $50 administration fee, and uniform/equipment costs.
- B. Relocation or Safety Concerns
If the child is moving out of the area or cannot participate due to documented safety reasons, a refund may be issued less a $50 administration fee, and uniform/equipment costs.
- Refunds are granted at the discretion of the board and documentation must be provided.
3. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be issued by check mailed to the address on file.
Processing can take up to 2+ weeks after approval.
4. How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund:
- Email [your refund email]
- Include a detailed explanation
- Attach any required documentation (doctor’s note, proof of move, etc.)
- The Board will review your request and notify you of the decision.
5. Additional Terms
- The organization reserves the right to waive this policy at its discretion for extenuating or highly unusual circumstances.
- NO REFUNDS will be issued after June 1st for registrations completed before June 1st.
- Registrations after June 1st may request a refund up to August 1st.
